In a strategic step reflecting the Ministry of Education’s commitment to institutional development and digital transformation, and under the direct guidance of Eng. Duraid Dhari Al-Hayali, Director General of Educational Planning, the Information and Communications Center continues to implement its specialized training programs by launching a high-quality course titled “Networking Fundamentals.”
Eng. Nizar Al-Haidari, Director of the Center, explained that the course was not a traditional training program, but rather an interactive experience that combined theoretical knowledge with practical application. Participants engaged in a comprehensive learning journey covering networking fundamentals—from infrastructure and network types to connectivity mechanisms, security principles, and efficient system management—aligned with the demands of the rapidly evolving digital era.
The course witnessed strong engagement from technical and administrative staff, who emphasized the importance of such initiatives in enhancing their technical skills and professional readiness. They noted that investing in digital knowledge has become a necessity rather than an option.
This initiative comes as part of the Ministry’s broader efforts to support digital transformation and build capable human resources that can effectively engage with modern technologies, contributing to improved institutional performance and the advancement of Iraq’s education sector.
