The Iraqi Ministry of Health announced that citizens can now communicate with the Citizens Affairs Department and submit electronic requests through the official digital platform, as part of ongoing efforts to modernize public services and advance digital transformation.
The ministry stated that the platform aims to simplify communication procedures, provide faster and more organized services, and reduce reliance on paper-based processes and in-person visits.
